Why would anyone in their right mind want to dive with a spammer when
there are so many other non-spamming dive shops to chose from?

Well for one I didn't spam. I posted my dive location in the
rec.scuba.location newsgroup only.

and for two, because there aren't any other dive shops and there is no
other guides that will take you to the places I go.

Any other questions??

Jeff

PS, If I was a spammer, I wouldn't have my real email on this... No I'm
not a spammer, but a real person, a real dive instructor, who happens to
dive in some beautiful areas of which I have the only dive shop.

Unfortunately...when RTFM'ing:

CHARTER: rec.scuba.locations
The purpose of this group will be to exchange information
(preferably first-hand) about dive sites, dive locations
(including live-aboards), dive operations at these
locations,
how to get yourself and your gear there, and where to stay/
eat/play once you do. Commercial advertisements are not
appropriate.

So let me know when I can come by for my free dive :-)

I've been through your town, on the way over to the original
Kamehameha statue. Clearly, there's not much in the way of tourists
up that way, looking for a dive. While the sites might be unique, I
don't think that most visitors will appreciate any subtleties versus
the Kona area, etc. But given how much IMO the 'Kona Honu' dive op
sucked, I'd be interested in alternatives, especially since its hard
for them to be much more expensive, although it would have to be
balance off against the 1-1.5 hour drive from the greater Kona area,
and just grabbing a couple of tanks to DIY a shore dive.
